In Keno, the player needs to choose 1 to 10 numbers from a pool of numbers ranging from 1 to 40. After the player has made their selection, the game will randomly draw 10 numbers from the same pool of numbers (1 to 40). The numbers drawn by the game are the winning numbers. The player's winnings are determined based on the number of matches between the player's selected numbers and the numbers drawn by the game.

A player picks 4 numbers, let's say 1, 7, 19, and 37. Then, the game will randomly draw 10 numbers which are the winning numbers, let's say 2, 4, 9, 14, 19, 23, 24, 25, 37, and 39. In this scenario, there are 2 matching numbers which are 19, and 37. So, according to the payout table, the payout will be 1.5x.
